Every leap in technology arrives the same way. The biggest companies get it first, because they can afford the licenses, the integrations, and a team of engineers to run it. A national operator can put an AI on every line, staff a round-the-clock call center, and wire it into a custom stack. The firm running a few hundred doors gets voicemail, and a manager carrying the on-call phone into the weekend.
We don't think losing a lease to voicemail, or missing a midnight emergency, should be the price of being small. The capability that used to demand a big budget and a big tech team is finally cheap enough to hand to everyone. So that is what we are doing.
