Elara puts a 24/7, fully staffed front desk within reach of the property managers who could never afford to hire one. We are building for the operators the enterprise software industry tends to forget.
Every leap in technology arrives the same way. The biggest companies get it first, because they can afford the licenses, the integrations, and a team of engineers to run it. A national operator can put an AI on every line, staff a round-the-clock call center, and wire it into a custom stack. The firm running a few hundred doors gets voicemail, and a manager carrying the on-call phone into the weekend.
We don't think losing a lease to voicemail, or missing a midnight emergency, should be the price of being small. The capability that used to demand a big budget and a big tech team is finally cheap enough to hand to everyone. So that is what we are doing.
